Do I need special equipment?
No. ElorPos runs in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. A barcode scanner makes checkout faster and works like a keyboard, but it is optional.
Does it work without internet?
ElorPos needs an internet connection to work, so we recommend a backup data plan or second connection for your till.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Staff can be tied to a branch, owners can switch between branches or see them all together, and stock can be transferred between them.
Will it message my customers automatically?
No. You write messages from templates, such as a birthday greeting or a payment reminder, and ElorPos opens them in your own WhatsApp or SMS, ready for you to send. Nothing is sent without a person pressing send.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your till keeps working and your records stay yours. Only the optional extras, such as purchasing and finance, pause until you renew.
